Job summary

Amazon's Rapid and Rural Logistics (R2L) is hiring a Senior Supply Chain Manager to lead SSD network site selection and launch planning. You will analyze topology, evaluate real estate options, and develop volume plans shaping where we expand.

Your work feeds financial models and capital decisions, driving a fast-growing delivery program. You will partner with Finance, Real Estate, Operations, S&OP, and DEX to turn data into actionable plans for timely, on-budget site openings and scalable

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5+ years of supply chain experience.
5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization.
Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

Conduct topology analysis to develop jurisdictional coverage and volume plans.
Collaborate with Finance and Real Estate on payback models for site selection.
Align demand forecasts, capacity allocation, and launch timelines across the network.
Identify and implement scalable jurisdictional planning and launch improvements.
Present clear recommendations to leadership balancing size, boundaries, cost and timeline.
