Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager for Real Estate Expansion to drive end-to-end expansion of last mile facilities in urban and rural markets. You will manage cross-functional programs, coordinate leases, and scale processes with senior leadership visibility.

The role requires strong program management, data-driven decision making, and the ability to navigate ambiguous environments while partnering with Transactions, Legal, Capacity Planning and Operations.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Advanced Excel and SQL skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage full lifecycle of the real estate expansion process from business requirements to lease signing through cross-functional partnerships.
• Develop the overall program strategy and drive teams to deliver new fulfillment locations.
• Define the program mission and objectives, analyze data and drive improvements.
• Work autonomously in ambiguous environments; understand business problems and risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to source, allocate, and coordinate resources.
• Coordinate with customers, internal/external teams, and engineering to set project priorities.
• Oversee gaps between teams, processes and systems to reduce inefficiencies.
• Communicate status, risks, and changes to senior management.
• Develop and govern KPI reporting across a portfolio of programs.
