Job summary

Pennylane is hiring a Software Engineer to join a 250+ strong tech organisation. You will be embedded in a squad, collaborating with a product manager, designer, and fellow engineers to design, build, test, and release features end-to-end.

You will participate in discovery with the Product Manager and Designer, contribute to architecture decisions, and support customers by monitoring production to fix issues. English proficiency and Agile teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Have at least 4 years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails, Ruby, React, and TypeScript.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to work in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Join a 250+ member tech organisation in a squad focused on a part of the product.
• Collaborate with product manager, designer, and engineers to design and implement features end to end.
• Participate in discovery, architecture design, testing, and production release.
• Support customers by monitoring and fixing issues in production.
