Jobgether is seeking an early-career software developer to build and maintain web applications using Ruby and Ruby on Rails. You will collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable technical solutions.

The role combines backend development with frontend work, giving you exposure to Vue.js, JavaScript, and SASS/CSS. You’ll work with cloud deployment, version control, and modern software engineering practices in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Ruby scripting and Rails.
• Frontend experience with Vue.js and modern JS tooling.
• Familiar with Git workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into Ruby/Rails solutions.
• Develop backend and frontend components using Ruby/Rails and Vue.js.
• Deploy and manage apps on Heroku; maintain cloud deployments and version control.
• Participate in code reviews and improve engineering processes.
