The position supports remote work from anywhere in Georgia, with opportunities to collaborate across global offices and projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Ruby/Rails experience.
• Proven ability to lead engineers or own complex projects.
• Deep PostgreSQL design, tuning and advanced SQL skills.
• Strong testing discipline with RSpec, TDD/BDD.
• Excellent English in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of robust Ruby on Rails applications and backend services.
• Own technical solutions for integrations, automation and AI-driven features.
• Define scalable architecture and ensure long-term maintainability.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and best practices.
• Build high-quality, testable code with TDD/BDD; optimize data workloads.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and distributed teams to deliver value.
