Job summary

Hamilton County Schools in Chattanooga, TN seeks an RTI instructor to coordinate Response to Intervention programs and monitor the RTI model to boost student achievement. You will support school leaders, teachers, and interventionists, building capacity for RTI as a valued practice across the school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or human services and valid TN teaching license or eligibility.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations relating to students with disabilities.
• Minimum of two years' teaching or related services experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate RTI programs across the school and monitor implementation.
• Provide support and guidance to tier 2 and tier 3 instruction and staff.
• Foster relationships with families and community to support underperforming students.
• Collaborate with instructional coaches, teachers, and administrators to strengthen RTI goals.
