Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A. in education or human service
• Tennessee teaching certification or eligible for licensure in TN
• Two years’ teaching or services experience for individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of federal/state/local laws related to students with disabilities

Responsibilities

• Serves as RTI Facilitator for 50–80% of the school day and attends RTI meetings
• Redelivers RTI content to relevant staff and completes Fidelity Checks
• Coaches and mentors tier 2 and 3 instructors
• Advises teachers and administrators on tier 2/3 RTI content and strategies
• Supports dyslexia instruction and planning
• Delivers tier 2/3 instruction with aligned targets and measurable goals
• Collaborates with coaches and staff to improve RTI outcomes
• Maintains strong relationships with families and communicates progress
