Boys Town National Research Hospital is seeking a Program Supervisor for the RTC unit to oversee direct patient care and ensure a safe, therapeutic milieu based on PEM. You will supervise staff, coordinate with leadership, and maintain program standards in collaboration with the RTC Program Manager.

Qualifications

• Six months of youth care experience required.
• Current CPR, PEM and national restraint training must be obtained during pre-service training.
• Must be 20 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Complete listed trainings within first year of employment.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and develop all staff on the unit/shift to ensure a safe PEM-based milieu.
• Ensure adherence to emergency safety procedures and room assignments for safety.
• Collaborate with RTC Program Manager to implement PEM effectively.
• Complete required direct observations and competency training for BHTs.
• Orient new staff and assist with new hire processes.
• Facilitate youth treatment plan implementation and direct youth care when needed.
• Maintain quality treatment environment per committees and organizational policies.
• Work various shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and some overnights.
