Diversified Treatment Alternative Centers (DTAC) seeks a Residential Behavioral Health Shift Supervisor to oversee adolescent residential operations during assigned shifts in Danville, PA. You will supervise RBHTs, ensure safety, structure, and therapeutic integrity, and coordinate daily routines and programming.

In this role, you will respond to crises, document accurately, and support staff development while collaborating with clinical and leadership teams to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field and experience in adolescent care.
• Experience supervising staff and responding to crises in a residential setting.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care and behavior management techniques.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and welfare of clients during shifts.
• Supervise RBHTs and provide coaching.
• Coordinate programming and treatment interventions.
• Maintain accurate shift logs and documentation.
• Respond to crises and perform crisis intervention when needed.
