Reno Behavioral Healthcare Hospital in Reno, NV seeks a Youth Services Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Adolescent PRTF/RTC program. You will develop a comprehensive program aligned with the organization's mission and ensure high-quality care for adolescent patients.

The role emphasizes staff training, clinical supervision, and collaboration with physicians and HR. You will monitor performance, facilitate access to appropriate care, and lead growth of the RTC program locally

Qualifications

• Maintains confidentiality of patients at all times.
• Knowledgeable of patient rights and laws pertaining to mental health.
• Assessment and intervention skills.
• Ability to work with diverse populations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day operations of the adolescent program and RTC/PRTF.
• Trains staff in procedures and clinical practices.
• Guides staff to continually improve care quality.
• Monitors staff performance and provides feedback on work quality.
• Represents the hospital to community healthcare entities in a positive manner.
• Maintains knowledge of mental health services available in the community.
• Facilitates access to appropriate levels of care and treatment.
