Mountain View Hospital in Payson, UT, seeks a Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide advanced respiratory care on night shifts. The role includes guiding patients through invasive and noninvasive ventilation, delivering evidence-based therapies, and ensuring equipment readiness.

You will educate patients and families, partner with physicians and nurses, and respond to clinical changes with urgency. ACLS/BLS and neonatal protocols are required within stated timeframes.

Qualifications

• NBRC-RRT or equivalent credential required.
• ACLS and BLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• PALS must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• NRP certification preferred or required within 1 year.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy.

Responsabilités

• Assess respiratory status and determine interventions.
• Deliver oxygen, aerosolized meds, airway clearance therapies.
• Manage invasive/noninvasive ventilation and airway support.
• Educate patients and families; collaborate with care team.
• Maintain and sanitize respiratory equipment; follow infection controls.
