Job summary

Sage Group HealthCare Staffing in Yuma, AZ is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join the Respiratory Care Unit and deliver high-quality care to adults and children in inpatient and emergency settings. The role requires 2+ years of experience, RRT credential, NICU for neonatal assignments, and ability to work 12-hour night shifts (6:00 PM–6:00 AM).

Qualifications

• Current RRT credential required.
• 2+ years of respiratory therapy experience required.
• CRT-only candidates will not be considered.
• Adult & pediatric experience required.
• NICU experience required for neonatal assignments.
• Ability to work independently in emergency settings.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and provide respiratory treatments and therapies.
• Manage ventilators, BiPAP, and other respiratory support equipment.
• Perform ABGs and monitor patient response to treatment.
• Assist with intubations and respond to respiratory emergencies.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide safe, accurate documentation and patient education.
