Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree.
• NBRC-registered as RRT (license/registration).
• RRT required for new hires after Oct 1, 2015; must obtain by Oct 1, 2017.
• Current license to practice in the state.
• Banner Registry requires at least 1 year in an acute care hospital as an RRT.
• Experience within past 12 months as an RRT in an acute care setting.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• Driver's license if in Home Care; eligible for company auto policy.
• Must have clinical technique knowledge from ~1 year of clinical experience.
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card for Banner Home Care AZ.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and related diagnostics per physician orders.
• Operate and manage ventilators with physician guidance.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment used in care delivery.
• Perform patient assessments and document care.
• Collaborate with care team; supervise staff if assigned.
