Job summary

Mercy South is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to provide direct patient care in respiratory therapy under physician orders. This part-time position is 24 hours per week, with a schedule of 6:30p-7:00a and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for RRTs.

The role includes collaboration with physicians and nursing staff and requires licensure as an RCP and NBRC RRT credential. Preferred candidates may have ACLS and critical care experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• RRT credential from NBRC; PALS for ER staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per physician orders.
• Consult with physicians on therapy effectiveness.
• Serve as respiratory care resource for physicians and nursing staff.
