Banner Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care in a high-acuity population at the Tucson hospital. The role includes ventilator management, diagnostic testing, and collaboration with the care team for optimal patient outcomes.

A minimum of one year in an acute care setting is required, with an RRT credential and BLS on file. The position offers night shifts with an 18% night differential and a weekend differential, along with a $5,000

Qualifications

• Associate or technical degree required.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required.
• BLS certification required; Arizona Fingerprint Clearance may be needed in some settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide respiratory care as prescribed by physicians.
• Manage ventilator support and adjust settings as needed.
• Operate and troubleshoot respiratory care equipment.
• Perform pulmonary and cardiology diagnostic testing.
• Assess patients and document care plans and responses.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to optimize therapy.
