Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for a full-time, on-site role in Great Falls, MT. You will evaluate, treat, and care for patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, including diagnostic testing, ventilator management, and patient education within a team-focused environment.

You’ll hold an Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy with RRT credentials, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and strong teamwork skills. Eligible for relocation support and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy.
• Active Montana license or eligibility to obtain.
• RRT credential with NBRC.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications current.
• Knowledge of safety, infection control and CQI standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and ventilation management.
• Perform diagnostic testing, ABG sampling, and monitor treatment responses.
• Adjust protocols in collaboration with physicians and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies and provide critical respiratory support.
• Educate patients and families on home therapy and disease management.
• Adhere to CQI, safety and regulatory standards.
