Aspire Talent Solutions is assisting a premier Montana health system in recruiting a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for their cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls.

Under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager, you will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, perform ABG sampling, manage ventilation, and educate families. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive pay and benefits.

Competenze

• Associate degree or higher in Respiratory Therapy.
• Active, unrestricted MT RCP license or eligibility.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Strong teamwork and communication in a clinical setting.

Mansioni

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies and chest physiotherapy.
• Manage mechanical ventilation setup/adjustment and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Monitor treatment responses and document outcomes with physicians.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives and hospital safety standards.
