Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for on-site duties in Great Falls, Montana. The role involves evaluating and treating cardiopulmonary disorders with diagnostic testing and ventilation management, under supervision of the Respiratory Care Manager.

You will monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians, and provide patient and family education while following CQI and safety standards across units.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Active unrestricted Respiratory Care Practitioner license (Montana) or eligible.
• NBRC RRT credential in good standing; BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.
• Solid knowledge of respiratory care processes and equipment; safety and CQI focus.
• Strong communication and teamwork in clinical settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including ventilation setup and management.
• Perform diagnostic testing, monitor treatment responses, adjust protocols with physicians.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide critical respiratory support across units.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory standards, and CQI initiatives.
