Ashton North LLC seeks a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join the cardiopulmonary team in Great Falls, MT. This full-time, on-site role supports a dedicated respiratory care service within a premier healthcare partnership.

Under Respiratory Care Manager supervision, you'll evaluate, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, perform diagnostics, and educate families. Requires MT license or eligibility, NBRC RRT, and relevant certifications.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or higher in respiratory therapy.
• Active Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license (or eligibility).
• Active NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and team-based clinical collaboration skills.

Aufgaben

• Deliver direct cardiopulmonary care including aerosol therapies, chest physiotherapy, mechanical ventilation setup/management, ABG sampling/analysis, and diagnostic testing.
• Conduct patient evaluations, monitor responses, adjust protocols with physicians, and document outcomes.
• Respond to emergencies (codes, rapid responses, trauma) with critical respiratory support across age groups.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and home therapy equipment.
• Adhere to CQI initiatives, safety guidelines, and regulatory standards.
