• Arrange and manage candidate travel for onsite interviews, flights, and accommodations.
• Own pre-employment background check process and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Document, track, and maintain records in the applicant tracking system.
• Provide responsive and proactive customer service to candidates and clients.
