Qualifications

• 1+ years of RPO experience as a Coordinator.
• 1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• 1+ years organizing workload with detail orientation to meet deadlines.
• High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Currently located in eastern or central time zone.
• Experience with Workday ATS preferred.
• High School diploma; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Compensation range expected: $50K-60K annually.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate high-volume interviews for candidates.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to ensure interviews are scheduled, confirmed, and feedback captured; issue offer letters.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for onsite interviews; manage travel reimbursements.
• Oversee pre-employment background check process and liaise with vendors.
• Maintain records in the applicant tracking system and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Support data collection for project metrics and service level agreements.
