Job summary

Yoh Services LLC in Philadelphia is seeking a Recruiter 2 within the RPO Operations division to staff leadership and key individual contributor roles across client portfolios, ensuring a superb hiring experience aligned with business needs.

You will source, evaluate, and manage candidate pipelines, partner with hiring managers and HR, and drive process improvements to time-to-fill, quality of hire, and employer branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sciences, HR, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• At least one year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience; RPO/agency experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with ATS/candidate management software and online recruitment tools.
• Familiarity with employment laws and diversity and inclusion principles in hiring.
• Strong computer skills including MS Office and virtual communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines using diverse sourcing channels (social media, job boards, networking, referrals).
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with client leadership, hiring managers, HR, and business partners to align on culture and workforce needs.
• Document recruitment activities accurately in ATS per policies and privacy standards.
• Represent Yoh and clients as an employer brand ambassador at events and online platforms.
• Continuously refine sourcing and recruitment methods to improve time-to-fill, quality, and satisfaction metrics.
