Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a high-volume contract Recruiter to support an RPO client in a remote, 4-5+ month engagement. You will drive sourcing, screening, and candidate marketing with a strong emphasis on client relationships and delivery excellence.

Responsibilities include multi-channel sourcing, role briefing with clients, and applying competency-based interview techniques, ATS use, and market mapping to build talent pools across the automotive services sector.

Qualifications

• High-volume recruitment experience (25-35+ reqs)
• Full cycle recruitment experience (3+ years)
• Client facing experience with hiring managers (3+ years)
• Competency/behavioral based interviewing (3+ years)
• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (3+ years)
• Sourcing methodologies including Boolean searches (3+ years)
• Education: High School Diploma

Responsibilities

• Create and execute multi-channel sourcing to meet client profiles and build talent pools
• Build and manage client relationships with timely, professional interactions
• Identify improvement opportunities and strategies for recruitment processes
• Conduct role briefs with clients and set expectations for recruitment
• Follow client recruitment process for delivery
• Use competency interviewing to differentiate candidates in shortlists
• Manage candidate relationships and communicate opportunities and value proposition
