Job summary

Cielo in the United States is seeking a Project Manager II - RPO Implementation to lead implementations for small to mid-size clients. You will develop and manage project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones, and deadlines while coordinating work with functional leaders and reporting on status and issues.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM and talent acquisition/HR experience, a bachelor's degree, and PM certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in talent acquisition, HR or related area.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Project Management.
• General knowledge of recruitment industry and RPO.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and determine project plan.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-up and communication.
• Manage client expectations and cultivate relationships during implementation and stabilization.
• Coordinate and respond to client issues and scope management.
• Develop and manage project plans, tasks, timelines, milestones and deadlines.
• Provide project updates to stakeholders.
