Job summary

Cielo is seeking a Consultant to lead SmartRecruiters implementation projects in a client-facing capacity, delivering advisory services and hands-on configuration as part of our delivery team.

You will work remotely from the United States, collaborate with stakeholders, and apply proven delivery methodologies to ensure successful deployments and adoption of talent acquisition technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma acceptable with experience.
• 2+ years client-facing experience in SmartRecruiters implementation or related systems.
• Experience delivering full project life cycle using established tech implementation methodologies.
• Proficient in common business software (MS Office, Smartsheet, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Provide client-facing implementation consulting on cloud-based talent acquisition tech solutions.
• Follow delivery methodologies appropriate to the project and consultant's role; promote best practices.
• Deliver high-quality execution, maintain high client satisfaction on engagements.
• Deliver change management strategies including communications, testing and training.
• Demonstrate ethical behavior and strong personal integrity; build cross-functional relationships.
