Job summary

Cielo, Inc. is seeking a Client Services Manager in the United States to lead recruiting operations across sourcing, screening, and coordination functions. You will drive metrics, analytics, and strategic hiring plans in partnership with client leaders to meet staffing goals.

You will manage budgets and ensure standardized processes while coaching a team of recruiting professionals, delivering high-impact results for multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ results-oriented leadership experience in talent acquisition or human resources.
• Experience leading both virtual and on-site teams in a corporate talent acquisition function either in-house or in an RPO environment.
• Experience using recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting operations capabilities: sourcing, screening, and coordination functions.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics with Client Services Director to drive decisions.
• Manage budget and track expenses; oversee Cielo-specific metric reports and P&L management.
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Build candidate pipeline through programs and campaigns to meet hiring goals.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and regular communications to the recruiting team.
