Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of results-oriented leadership in talent acquisition or HR.
• Experience leading virtual and on-site teams in corporate TA or RPO environments.
• Experience using recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruiting operations capabilities including sourcing, screening, and coordination.
• Meet performance goals with the team and maximize resources.
• Develop recruiting metrics and analytics to drive decision making.
• Provide leadership, coaching and development for the recruiting team.
• Manage client relationships and ensure successful implementation of client accounts.
