Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions seeks a Client Services Manager to oversee day-to-day recruiting for RPO clients and lead a team of recruiters, virtual or onsite. The CMS collaborates with leaders to implement innovative processes and maintain client satisfaction.

The role is primarily remote but requires living in the Greater San Diego area with occasional on-site presence. Ideal candidates have strong technical background in RPO, 7+ years in management, and proven experience managing budgets,

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience desired.
• 7+ years minimum management experience leading a Talent Acquisition team.
• Previous account management, client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of recruiters, virtual or onsite.
• Develop strategy to improve recruiting activity and client satisfaction.
• Allocate workload and resources appropriately.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports and strategize on client needs.
• Forecasting, budgeting and managing revenue and profitability targets.
• Identify opportunities to grow client services offerings.
• Develop recruiting metrics and reporting for clients.
• Partner with client leadership and hiring managers on staffing needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Team for client pursuits.
