Job summary

ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is hiring a Client Services Manager to oversee day-to-day recruiting for clients and lead a team of recruiters, onsite or virtual. You will partner with client leadership to implement innovative recruiting processes and deliver measurable outcomes.

The role is primarily remote with occasional on-site presence at client locations in San Diego, CA, and requires strong budget, forecasting, and strategic thinking to grow the service scope.

Qualifications

• 7+ years minimum management experience leading a Talent Acquisition team within an RPO, corporation, or recruitment agency
• Previous account management, client-facing experience
• Ability to design, implement and manage high-volume recruitment strategies
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities
• Experience with recruitment technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools) and MS Office suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of Talent Solutions RPO Recruiters and coordinate related roles
• Develop strategy to improve recruiting activity and client satisfaction
• Forecast, budget and manage to revenue and profitability targets
• Develop recruiting metrics and benchmarks with clients
• Provide weekly and monthly client reporting
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions teams on client pursuits and RFP responses
