Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment on-site in Raleigh, NC. You will identify, assess, place, and advance a diverse talent portfolio, collaborate with hiring managers, and maintain accurate candidate records.

Daily tasks include sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates from application to offer. You’ll engage with community partners and support high-volume client needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred or required for some roles, depending on client

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using multiple channels (job postings, social media, networking)
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
• Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Provide guidance and support through the recruitment process (interview prep, feedback)
• Engage with community partners and attend local events to expand brand exposure
• Travel for weekly client visits and onsite check-ins for high-volume accounts
• Host job fairs and recruitment events in the market
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and ensure data accuracy
