BMG in Nashville is seeking a Royalty Services professional to review client agreements and implement them into our systems for Publishing and Recorded Artist deals. You will ensure accurate deal ingestion and timely notifications while collaborating with other departments.

Responsibilities include analyzing terms, updating song/client linkages, and supporting data-driven reporting. This role requires attention to detail and clear communication across teams.

Qualifikationen

• Strong contract interpretation skills with 3+ years of music industry experience working directly with publishing contracts and/or recording contracts.
• Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks on simultaneous projects.
• Strong attention to detail and organization to identify when information is incomplete.
• Strong communication for internal and external conversations.

Aufgaben

• Analyze new publishing and recorded agreement terms to set up clients, contracts, and royalty rates within internal databases.
• Interpret language with Business & Legal and coordinate with song delivery and registration teams.
• Reconcile schedules and coordinate with Finance on vendor creation for payments.
• Perform data quality checks and determine client linkage / rate setups.
• Update data, support rights research, reporting, and analysis.
• Communicate with internal and external parties to provide high-level service.
