Job summary

Level Group Ltd. is a Nashville-based music business management firm seeking an Assistant Account Manager for the Royalties team. You will analyze contracts, manage royalty statements, and support payments and invoicing with strong attention to detail.

The role emphasizes data entry, problem solving, and collaboration with the team, in a hybrid work environment requiring presence in the Nashville office part of the week.

Qualifications

• Data entry experience and strong numeric accuracy.
• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of accounting basics.
• Knowledge or experience in the music industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Music Business Management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Download daily statements and update the database.
• Send out daily statement reports and process payments.
• Book commissions daily and allocate royalty shares.
• Create, send, and track invoices for royalty statements.
• Follow up on invoices to ensure payment.
• Handle monthly and quarterly distributor transfers.
• Complete misc. forms as needed.
