Universal Field Services, Inc. is seeking a Right of Way Supervisor for an upcoming Texas project. You will oversee all ROW personnel on assigned spreads and implement the acquisition plan while guiding field teams to meet client goals.

The role requires coordinating with the project manager on strategy, reporting progress and budgets, and acting as the field contact for project staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all right of way personnel on assigned spread(s).
• Implements the project’s acquisition plan and guides field activities to meet client goals.
• Assists the project manager on project and acquisition strategy.
• Acts as company management point of contact to all field personnel.
• Responsible for team performance in meeting timelines and budgets.
• Communicates changes and progress to Project Manager and project staff.
• Attends project and client team meetings as required.
• Oversees development and accuracy of all project reports for spreads.
