Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Right-of-Way (ROW) Coordinator to support ROW programs and project managers in planning, execution, and reporting for right-of-way and real estate acquisition projects. The role involves developing schedules and budgets, monitoring quality, and producing performance dashboards for electric transmission and substations.

Candidates may sit in multiple offices across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana.

Qualifications

• Experience in right-of-way coordination or related roles.
• Financial recordkeeping and management including budget tracking and reconciliations.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and earned value analysis understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and maintain ROW schedules and budgets.
• Track milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related settlements.
• Prepare earned value reports to measure schedule and cost performance.
• Manage trust/escrow accounts and monthly reconciliations.
• Coordinate with ROW teams, Program Managers, and client personnel.
• Ensure reporting aligns with client and internal standards.
