Job summary

The role involves training staff, managing workload, and ensuring quality and timely project execution. A bachelor's degree and ROW experience are required, with strong MS Office and field-readiness expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent Right of Way experience required.
• Minimum 5+ years in land, Right of Way, easement acquisition, title research, or related.
• Minimum 2+ years Right of Way supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and database familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Right of Way team and manage workload.
• Assist field agents in on-site assessments of right of way and utility properties.
• Manage daily assignments and allocation of resources; track progress and report regularly.
• Ensure project processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to.
