Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Right-of-Way (ROW) Coordinator to support the ROW Program Manager/Project Manager and ROW Supervisors in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting for electric transmission and substation projects. This role involves developing project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring quality control across multiple locations (TX, OK, AR, LA).

Candidates will coordinate with ROW teams and client personnel, prepare dashboards and routine reports, manage escrow transactions

Qualifications

Experience in right-of-way coordination, project controls, or related roles supporting infrastructure or utility projects.
Financial recordkeeping and management including bank reconciliations and escrow activity.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance measurement skills.
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities with multiple priorities.
Familiarity with electric utility infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist the Program Manager and ROW Supervisors in developing, monitoring, and maintaining right-of-way project schedules and budgets.
Track and report milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related damage settlements.
Prepare earned value reports that measure schedule and cost performance.
Responsible for tracking and reporting on trust/escrow accounts, including reconciliations and monthly reporting.
Coordinate with ROW teams, Program Managers, and client personnel.
