Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a ROW Coordinator to support the ROW Program Manager and Supervisors in planning, execution, and reporting for right‑of‑way and real estate acquisitions across electric transmission and substation projects. The role involves developing schedules, budgets, and performance reports, with a focus on quality control and compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in right-of-way coordination or related infrastructure projects.
• Financial recordkeeping including bank reconciliations and escrow, etc.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance metrics understanding (earned value).
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, monitoring, and maintaining ROW project schedules and budgets.
• Track and report project milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related activities.
• Prepare earned value reports measuring schedule and cost performance.
• Manage trust/escrow accounts reporting and reconciliations as applicable.
• Coordinate reporting to align with client and internal standards.
• Lead quality control processes for timely, accurate project execution.
