Qualifications

Experience in right-of-way coordination or related roles for infrastructure or utilities.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance metrics knowledge (earned value).
Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
Effective communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Project Controls & Scheduling: assist in developing and maintaining schedules and budgets.
Track milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related activities.
Prepare earned value and KPI reports; monitor cost performance.
Manage trust/escrow reporting, reconciliations, and timely fund reimbursements when applicable.
Coordinate with ROW teams, Program Managers, and client personnel; act as liaison on control matters.
