Job summary

WSP USA, a leading engineering and professional services firm, seeks a ROW Coordinator to support the ROW Program Manager and Supervisors in planning, execution, and reporting for right-of-way and real estate acquisition projects.

You will help develop schedules and budgets, monitor quality, and deliver detailed performance reports for electric transmission and substation projects. Multiple openings available across prime locations including Oklahoma.

Qualifications

• Experience in right-of-way coordination or related roles for infrastructure or utility projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance-metrics understanding (earned value).
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
• Effective communication and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with electric utility infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support ROW Program Manager/Project Manager and ROW Supervisors in developing and monitoring project schedules and budgets.
• Track and report milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related activities.
• Prepare earned value reports to measure schedule and cost performance.
• Monitor trust/escrow accounts, reconciliations, and reimbursements; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Lead quality control processes and ensure adherence to ROW-compliance guidelines.
