Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a Right-of-Way Program Manager/Project Manager to lead ROW project execution, staffing, budgeting, client communication, regulatory coordination, and land acquisition for electric transmission facilities. This role supports multiple openings across Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.

You will manage project schedules, budgets, dashboards, risks, and earned value analyses, engage with regulators and the public, and act as the primary client contact to meet project

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years of right-of-way or project management experience.
  • Knowledge of IRWA practices and real estate law.
  • Regulatory permitting processes experience.
  • ERCOT, SPP, SWEPCO and large-scale transmission experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee office and field staffing and operations.
  • Hire, supervise, and release field personnel and subcontractors.
  • Plan, schedule, and assign project tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Monitor budgets, forecasts, dashboards, and earned value analyses.
  • Coordinate with regulators and manage public outreach.
  • Serve as primary client contact and communicate project status and risks.
  • Oversee land acquisition, easements, and permits; ensure title documentation accuracy.
