Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a ROW Coordinator to support the ROW Program Manager and ROW Supervisors in planning, execution, and reporting for right-of-way and real estate acquisition projects. You will help develop schedules and budgets, monitor quality, and produce detailed performance reports for electric transmission and substation projects.

The role emphasizes project controls, budgeting, and reporting across multiple offices in the U.S., with potential to sit in listed prime locations.

Qualifications

Experience in right-of-way coordination or related roles supporting infrastructure or utility projects.
Financial recordkeeping and management (bank reconciliations, escrow balance, reimbursements).
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance metrics understanding.

Responsibilities

Support ROW Program Manager and ROW Supervisors in developing and maintaining schedules and budgets.
Track and report project milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related settlements.
Prepare earned value reports to measure schedule and cost performance.
Manage trust/escrow accounts including reconciliations and reimbursements.
Coordinate reporting to align with client and internal standards.
