Job summary

WSP USA is seeking a ROW Coordinator in Kentucky to support the ROW Program Manager/Project Manager and ROW Supervisors in planning, execution, and reporting of right-of-way and real estate acquisition projects.

You will develop and maintain project schedules and budgets, monitor quality, and produce performance dashboards and reports for electric transmission and substation projects. Lexington or Louisville offices are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in right-of-way coordination or project controls for infrastructure or utility projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and performance metrics (earned value) understanding.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, monitoring, and maintaining ROW project schedules and budgets.
• Track and report on milestones across survey, acquisition, and construction-related activities.
• Prepare earned value reports to measure schedule and cost performance.
• Coordinate reporting to align with client and internal standards.
• Support risk assessment and timely fund reimbursements as needed.
