Job summary

Jacobs in the United States seeks an experienced Right-of-Way Program Lead to drive a portfolio of transmission, substation, and grid modernization projects. You will coordinate internal staff and external consultants to ensure timely, compliant ROW delivery.

This role requires 10+ years in ROW or land services, a PMO mindset, and proven leadership across multi-project programs, with travel across the Midwest and Eastern states.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive ROW, land services, utility infrastructure, or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading ROW acquisition and land services programs for electric transmission, substation, renewable energy, or large infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and external service providers.
• PMO or large capital delivery environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and performance of ROW services across electric transmission, substation, and related infrastructure projects.
• Manage internal Jacobs staff and external ROW consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve program objectives.
• Establish delivery strategies, processes, and metrics for consistent ROW execution across projects.
• Serve as primary ROW contact within the SOAR+E team and PMO structure.
• Support development and implementation of program-level standards, procedures, tools, and reporting.
