Jacobs is seeking a ROW Program Lead to drive delivery across transmission, substation, and infrastructure projects. You will manage internal teams and external consultants, aligning schedules, budgets, and regulatory requirements to client objectives.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in ROW or related fields, strong leadership, and proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams within a PMO environment. Moderate travel is expected in the Midwest and Eastern United States.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in right-of-way, land services, utility infrastructure, or related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external service providers.
Responsibilities
- Lead ROW planning, execution, and performance across electric transmission and related projects.
- Coordinate internal Jacobs staff and external ROW consultants to meet program objectives.
- Establish delivery strategies, processes, and KPIs for ROW execution across projects.
- Serve as primary ROW contact within SOAR+E and PMO structures.
- Support development and implementation of program standards, tools, and reporting.
