Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 10+ years of ROW/land services or utility infrastructure experience.
• Proven leadership of ROW acquisition and land services programs.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and external providers.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and performance of ROW services across transmission, substation, and related projects.
• Coordinate internal staff and external ROW consultants/contractors to meet program objectives.
• Set delivery strategies, processes, and metrics for consistent ROW execution.
• Serve as primary ROW contact within SOAR+E and PMO.
• Support development and implementation of program-level standards and reporting.
