Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an experienced Right-of-Way (ROW) Program Lead to support a strategic delivery partner program for a major electric utility serving the Midwest and Eastern United States. As a key member of the SOAR+E team, you will provide leadership, oversight, and delivery management for ROW, transmission, substations, and grid modernization projects.

The role requires directing internal Jacobs staff and external partners, ensuring ROW acquisition, easement negotiations, stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required and 10+ years in ROW, land services, or related areas.
Experience leading ROW programs for large infrastructure projects.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead planning, execution, and performance of ROW services across projects.
Coordinate internal staff and external ROW consultants and contractors.
Establish delivery strategies, processes, and performance metrics.
Serve as primary ROW contact within SOAR+E and PMO.
Support program-level standards, tools, and reporting.
