NORFLEET LAND SERVICES, LLC is seeking a Right of Way Document Specialist to oversee daily document creation and management across ROW projects. You will ensure timely, accurate, and compliant preparation of legal and technical documents, working with internal teams to meet project timelines.

The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience in ROW documentation.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in ROW document management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of ROW documentation, land records, and title documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance in ROW and land acquisition docs.
• Act as point of contact for document-related issues and guidance on standards.
• Establish and enforce document control standards, templates, and QA processes.
• Review and approve key deliverables including agreements, letters, line lists, and reports.
• Coordinate with land agents and project managers to align docs with milestones.
• Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) for tracking and archiving.
• Monitor workflows to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency for timely deliverables.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
• Oversee preparation of reports and ensure documentation for due diligence and closeout.
• Support GIS/mapping staff by integrating accurate descriptions, plats, and lists.
