Job summary

ProSource Land Services in Minnesota seeks a Right of Way Document Specialist to support a multi-year natural gas pipeline program. This role sits in the project’s information control center, coordinating parcel information, agreements, payments, and project records with field staff and client representatives.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in ROW administration or related fields, strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills, and a meticulous, proactive approach to compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in project coordination, ROW administration, real estate administration or comparable project support experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and follow through to completion.
• Comfortable working with field staff, project managers, and client representatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the project’s parcel and landowner tracking system.
• Enter and verify acquisition status information from field personnel.
• Track agreements from preparation through execution, payment, and filing.
• Maintain electronic parcel files using established naming/document standards.
• Prepare recurring acquisition and project status reports.
• Coordinate document routing between field personnel, project management, and client.
• Assist with landowner correspondence and acquisition document preparation.
• Support condemnation file assembly and document control.
• Track appraisal, survey, title and exhibit requests.
• Assist with weekly project meetings and action item tracking.
• Identify missing information and pursue resolution.
