Job summary

Peabody Properties seeks a Roving Recertification Specialist to support properties in Boston and surrounding areas. You will rotate across sites, handle move-ins and annual recertifications, and ensure accurate income and rent calculations in LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 programs.

Proficiency with Onesite and HUD/Section 8 experience is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Travel is required to cover multiple properties within the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years of property management hands-on experience with recertification processes.
• Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD/Section 8, and applicable housing regulations.
• Experience with move-ins, annual recertifications, and income calculations.
• COS certification a plus; bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process move-ins and annual recertifications for LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 properties.
• Determine eligibility for continued occupancy and calculate income, assets, and rent levels.
• Coordinate with site staff and residents to ensure program compliance and resident relations.
• Travel within the regional portfolio and cover at sister sites as needed.
