Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing programs and compliance regulations (LIHTC/HUD/Section 8).
• COS, HCCP, or related affordable housing certifications are required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities are required.
• Experience with Yardi, OneSite, or similar software preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and interim recertifications from start to finish.
• Process income, asset, employment, and third-party verifications.
• Maintain compliance with LIHTC, HUD, Section 8, and other regs.
• Communicate with residents regarding required docs and deadlines.
• Maintain organized resident and applicant files for audits/inspections.
• Monitor recertification schedules, lease renewals, vacancies, and deadlines.
• Assist with applicant processing, waitlist management, and occupancy tracking.
• Support resident relations with responsive customer service.
• Assist with rent collection, notices, and general admin duties.
• Collaborate with Property Managers, Occupancy Specialists, and site teams.
